1 Applicable regulations
This agreement (terms and conditions) is governed by the laws of France. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France. The resident may not invoke the statutory provisions applicable to residential leases, particularly as to the security of tenure. The use of the apartment as a principal place of habitation or business is also prohibited.
2 Local's designation
Bonappart appartements proposes 4 types of fully furnished apartements : studio, grand studio, grand studio comfort and grand studio grand comfort.
The capacity of these apartements are of 1 to 4 persons.
3 Duration - cancellation
The agreement will be terminated immediately and without notice in the event of the resident's non-performance of his or her obligations, or unsuitable conduct causing disturbance to other residents in the apartment residence. The resident should leave immediately on request.
4 Price quotations
Prices are quoted in local currency for the apartment rentals only (inclusive of local and city taxes). The price of the rental does not include the costs of additional services requested.
5 Reservations
The reservation of an apartment in Bonappart appartements is followed by a confirmation by our residence. The reservation must be completed by a 50% deposit of the total sum of the stay. The sum is deducted from the future resident's credit card.
The reservation is not maintained without the deposit.
6 Paying conditions
Invoices are to be settled upon presentation without delay. The Résidence Hôtelière Saint Sulpice will invoice for the 50% due on the date of arrival.

In cases where payment for a resident's stay has been arranged to be settled by someone other then the resident ("A Paying Entity"), the resident will be responsible personally for payment if the Paying Entity does not pay.
7 Cancellations - "no show policy"
A cancellation notified to the residence prior to 30 days before the expected day of arrival, will not be subject to a cancellation fee. For a cancellation notified to the residence any time after 30 days before the expected day of arrival or for a "no show" The Résidence Hôtelière Saint Sulpice will retain 50% of the total sum of the stay.
8 Obligations of the resident
The apartment will be made available to the resident in good order. The resident is responsible for taking all responsible care of the apartment and its contents.
A final inventory and check of the apartment will be conducted on or before the resident's departure. Bonappart appartements will charge a resident for any item or equipment or utensils missing and / or for any damage caused to the apartment. We reserve the right to enter the apartment at any time for inspections, maintenance, cleaning and security purposes.
9 Modification to a reservation
Bonappart apartments accepts certain modifications (date, type of apartment…) before the original date of arrival and depending on its availabilities.
Please note that Bonappart apartments reserves the right to retain or invoice an amount of 50% of the total sum of the stay for any change for a shortened stay.
10 Liability
Bonappart appartements takes no liability for the theft or damage to personal belongings in the apartments, storage facilities or any place inside the residence, or any other way during the period of the booking.
